Yoga approaches power from the opposite point of view that we usually see in worldy striving. Yoga says ‘get to the source’ and from that source you will illuminate everything you do.

The power that creates and sustains the universe is what everything comes from. You’ve got the power of infinity behind you.

The mechanics of how you do things is secondary to the consciousness with which you do it. Positive thinking, courage and faith are hallmarks of higher consciousness.

Words have power. When you say something, do it. If you don’t follow through, your words can loose power.

Develop divine qualities such as truthfulness and non violence.

One of the greatest things you can do for the world is to live in attunement with the divine and bring that divine energy outward by expanding your thoughts and your heart’s love.
